Apple is gearing up for the biggest launch event in its history, with today (Tuesday September 12) set to witness the Cupertino-based company reveal a host of new products – from the long-awaited iPhone 8 to a new 4K Apple TV and Apple Watch 3. Here's how to live stream tonight's Apple event, including full details of what time you'll be able to watch the big unveiling.
Another year, another Apple event. Except this time we're on the brink of the firm celebrating the 10-year anniversary of the first iPhone, so we're expecting bigger things than ever before.
Chief among these is our first real look at the iPhone 8 – likely to be joined by an iPhone 8 Plus – but there's a slew of Apple products due for an upgrade tonight.
In fact, we now think there's a new Apple flagship handset coming, set to be called the iPhone X, and there have even been rumours of a new 2017 iPod and some fresh Apple HomePod news.
Enough to digest? Let's explain how you can easily live stream all the Apple September launch event and watch it wherever you are.
iPhone Launch Live Stream: Time and how to watch online
As ever, Apple will offering a live stream of its 2017 iPhone launch event – but it's not quite as easy as just firing up YouTube in your browser of choice.
But first things first – what time is today's iPhone launch event?
That's the all-important question right now, and here's what you need to know. The main start times for today's event are as follows:
6pm BST (UK time)
1pm ET (US eastern time)
10am PT (US Pacific/west coast time)
There are a handful of limitations placed on how you can watch tonight's iPhone 8 reveal, most of which revolve around you having access to devices or software that forms part of Apple's extensive ecosystem.
If you want to watch on a current-gen Apple TV (4th-generation), it's fairly straightforward. You just need to download the 'Apple Events' app from the App Store, and you're away.
Here's a quick link to get you started:

Older Apple TVs can tune in, as well. The 2nd- and 3rd-gen Apple TV boxes will get access to a special 'Apple Events' channel just before the events, so give that a search from around 5pm BST / 12pm ET.
